Will the head from a patriot 15K hitch fit the arms on this base?

The Patriot and Companion hitches use different bases and heads so you can't swap a Patriot head onto a Companion base.
So if you have a 2018 Ford F-350 with the factory Ford rail system you'd need the whole Companion hitch # BWRVK3300.
