Installation Instructions for Tow Ready Connector # 118245 and # ETBC7 on a 2002 Toyota Highlander
Question:
Starting from scratch. Need part # 118245 and ETBC7 with Prodigy 3 brake controller. This should provide functionality for a 4 pin connection and 7 Pin for travel trailer with electric brakes. I believe i have the tow package, but if not will the power from the ETBC7 kit work to provide all power requirements for both?

As long as you follow the installation instructions for the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring # 118245 and the Brake Controller 7 & 4 Way Installation Kit # ETBC7 everything will be powered correctly and will work fine.
I attached installation instructions for both products as well as an installation video for the # ETBC7.
