I changed build running light no power signal works rt side. Rt running light no power signal works

Most trailer wiring issues are due to insufficient grounds. But if you don't have power to the light like you mentioned the issue is that the circuit does not carry voltage. Since the other side of the trailer works it's most likely cut wire somewhere between the other side of the trailer and the non-working side.
