For your 2017 Ford F-250, I recommend taking a look at the B&W Tow & Stow Pintle Hook # BWTS10055 if you have a 2 inch trailer hitch receiver. This pintle hook and hitch ball combo will provide you with a pintle hook to connect to lunette ring couplers and a 2 inch ball to connect to standard ball couplers. The adjustable height will give you a maximum drop of 8 inches and a maximum rise of 6-1/2 inches. This pintle hook also has a nice, stowable design that will allow you to store it underneath the vehicle when not in use. It has a 16,000 pound capacity with the pintle hook and a 10,000 pound capacity with the 2 inch hitch ball.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
