Will Blindspot Sensors Need to be Disconnected from 2017 Outback Wagon when Installing EcoHitch
Question:
I am awaitng delivery of Ecohitch and making plans to install Ecohitch on 2017 Outback with blindspot/cross traffic sensors. Are any sensor parts for blindspot/cross traffic sensors attached to rear bumper cover such that I will have to disconnect harness etc? Or are all part attached to car and just covered by the plastic bumper cover? Thanks

I am not 100% sure if you will have any wiring run to the bumper on your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon, but when I spoke to one of our garage guys he said that any wiring would be a plug and play harness that you can quickly disconnect without any problems.
I am attaching a link to our install of the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7601 on a 2017 Outback Wagon for you to reference for your installation.
