In order to determine if the tires on your motorcycle trailer will work you will need to know the GVWR of your trailer. Trailer tires have a load rating, and 18.5 x 8.5 - 8 tires are the same size as 215/60-8 tires such as the Kenda # AM1HP28. Those tires have a load range of D with a maximum capacity of 1,165 lbs at 70 psi. You will need to ask whoever made your trailer what the load range of your tires are and if they can handle the weight of the trailer and motorcycle. Also, be sure that your tires are always inflated to the maximum psi which will allow give you the most efficient ride and maintain their max capacity. I've added a couple help articles on trailer tires for you to take a look at as well.
