Can Dual Battery Charger be Used to Monitor Two 6V Batteries Connected in Series
Question:
I have 2 6 volt deep cycle agm batteries and have them connected in series for 12 volts. I also have a onboard dual bank battery charger. Can I connect the postive leads of the charger to the positive terminal for battery 1 and the negative leads to the negative terminal of battery 2 to manage

You should be able to use a dual battery charger to monitor your two 6V batteries.
I reached out to my contact at Redarc who confirmed this and provided me with a diagram that you would use to install the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D.
Although the battery charger that you have may be a different brand, you should be able to use the same setup for your application.
