I have a solution for you, however the 2009 Hyundai Accent can only be equipped with 1-1/4 inch, Class I Hitch. Class I hitches are only able to use 2 bike racks. This is because of their design and how they support the weight. There is not a 2 inch hitch available for this car.

This leaves you with two options, use a two bike hitch rack and then a specialized roof rack for the third bike, or use a three bike trunk rack instead of a hitch rack. Between the two, I'd recommend going with the trunk rack, as its going to be a more economical solution.

I recommend going with the Thule OutWay 3 Bike Rack, part # TH56BV, as it includes onboard security options for both the racks and bikes. The OutWay's FitDial makes installing the rack quick and easy, and its arched frame is compatible with most factory spoilers.

To use this with children's or women's bikes, you'll need a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. This bar will help the bikes ride level, and not at an angle, reducing the risk of the bike contacting the ground during transport.

I've included a video of this rack so you can get familiar with its features and performance.
