Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 Short Bed Without Tow Package
Question:
I have a 94 Dodge Ram 1500, short bed, and am wanting to install wiring harness #118317. I do not have the factory towing package and was wondering if this is just a plug-n-play type of installation or does it require any other previous special wiring. Thanks

The Curt Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # C55317, for the 1994 Dodge Ram plugs in line with the tail light wiring that is already present on your truck. The truck does not have to have any special pre-wiring or a tow package from the factory in order to install this wiring harness. I have included a link to the installation details for you to view.
