The Camco RV Water Line Blow-Out Plug # CAM36143 referenced in your question will connect to your RV's city water inlet to allow you to remove water from your water lines. After inserting the plug and opening all the drains and faucets, you will need to attach and activate an oil-less air compressor, which is not included.
