What Door Size Does Lippert SolidStep part # LC791572 Fit
Question:
What are the specs or criteria for mounting these steps in RV door? Morryde stepavove steps list very specific requirements for mounting into doorways. most of which mine do not meet I have a 2016 Lynx Prowler LX285 with a 26inch door. Id truly like to replace our steps with this if it will fit. Thanks!

Helpful Expert Reply:
To install the SolidStep part # LC791572 that you referenced your doorway will need to be 26 inches to 29-7/8 inches wide and the threshold 27 to 36 inches from the ground. Since your door matches at 26 inches wide you'd only need to match up the threshold height and you'd be good. If you need a different height email me back with it and I'll come up with the best solution.
