Can Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System be Used With Gooseneck Trailer?
Question:
Would this camera be good for a gooseneck trailer/bed hitch?

Expert Reply:
The Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002 certainly can be used with a gooseneck trailer hitch, though you would need to mount the camera, which has a license plate frame, in the bed of your truck. A better option for you would be the Swift Hitch Wireless Hitch Alignment Camera and Monitor # 04928.
This is a portable camera that you can mount wherever you like, has a 55 degree viewing angle and is mounted with a magnet. It is wireless and transmits via radio frequency up to 300 feet to the 2-1/2" color monitor which has a high-resolution LCD screen.
I've added links to a number of video reviews of this system for you to take a look at.
