In terms of capacity, the Curt Trailer Hitch Mount Cargo Carrier, # C18151, can handle as much as 500 pounds. But you would have to measure the foot print of the scooter in order to determine if the carrier is long enough and wide enough. The deck portion of the carrier measures 20 inches by 58 inches.
Since this carrier does not have a ramp, getting a 350 pound scooter into it would be difficult. I recommend looking at carriers that have ramps and are designed for this application. We have several different styles and I have included a link to them for you to view.
Something like the Pro Series Carrier, # PS10401-10402, would be a good choice. It has a 400 pound capacity and measures 32 inches by 48 inches. You will need to make sure your vehicle and trailer hitch has a high enough tongue weight capacity for the weight of the scooter and carrier combined.
