The Equal-I-zer Weight Distribution System I recommend for your 2013 Ford F-150 Super Crew 4x4 with 3.5L Eco Boost and your Grand Design 297 travel trailer is the Equal-i-zer # EQ37120ET based on the weights you gave. The WD system is rated based on total tongue weight which is the loaded tongue weight of your trailer along with any cargo behind the rear axle of your truck. This system is rated properly to accommodate your truck and your trailer within the max towing capacities of your truck.
You will also need a thin walled socket like # ALL643216 or # EQ70-00-4800 for the included hitch ball installation.
