The B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10037C referenced in your question has a rise of up to 5-1/2 inches and a drop of up to 5 inches. It features incremental height adjustments of 1 inch between those two maximum settings.

This is a really nice ball mount that has a stowable design that will let you store the ball and mounting platform underneath the vehicle. It comes with both a 2 inch and 2-5/16 inch hitch ball. It has a towing weight capacity of 7,500 pounds when using the 2 inch ball and 10,000 pounds when using the 2-5/16 inch ball.
