Will this work with a collar lock coupler that isn't Bulldog?

The EZ Lock Trailer Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2", 2-5/16" Bulldog Collar-Lok Couplers # BLTL-20 is what I recommend for your style coupler as long as it fits the dimensions. This coupler is 3-3/16 inches wide and 4 inches tall. It is roughly 2-5/8 inches tall to the bottom of the 3/4 inch pin.
If you want this with the padlock, then use # BLTL-20-40D instead.
