Recommended Underbed 5th Wheel Rail Kit for Reese Hitch on 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 with 6.5 ft Bed
Question:
Hi. Can you send me a list of parts for a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500hd 6 1/2inch bed. Looking for the 5th wheel under bed mount and the adapter for a Reese hitch head 58293. Also the wiring harness for the in bed mount. Thanks

For your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 6-1/2 foot bed, the underbed system I recommend is the Reese Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30868. With these rails, you can use either the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Slider # BWRVK3370 which fits perfectly, or you can use an adapter and other hitch options.
If you want to use another hitch, you will use the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs # RP30156 and then you can use the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Round Tube Slider - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # RP30075 or just the base # RP50024 if you already have the hitch head. For the wiring harness, I recommend the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck wiring harness # 50-97-410.
I've attached videos to assist.
