Yes with some restrictions. The Americana Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel, Item # AM20134, can be used with tires at 80 psi so long as the tires fit the wheel and you do not exceed the wheel's maximum capacity of 1,250-lbs. No matter what tire you use, the maximum capacity will be determined by the lesser capacity of either the wheel or the tire.
If you need tires, I recommend the Kenda Karrier S-Trail Radial Tire, Item # AM10140, which has a maximum capacity of 1,520-lbs at 80 psi (greater than wheel # AM20134). They have a maximum speed of 65 mph. Automotive grade radial tire specially designed for trailers that handles heavy loads and is great for highway use.
If you need valve stems, I recommend the American High Pressure Rubber Snap-In Valve Stem, Item # AM20907. This stem is 1-1/4 inches long and is designed for use in greater than 65 psi situations with a maximum tire pressure of 100 psi.
