If you already have a Yakima same key system key and you want that key to work in additional lock cores, there is a way to do it. You would need to order a Replacement Lock Core, for example # Y8771-A145 which will take you to a specific Yakima core replacement for the A145 key system.

The Yakima EXO Swing Away 2 Bike Rack #Y34ZR that you referenced comes with basically a random set of matching SKS lock cores but if you let me know what number you have I can let you know which cores you'd need.
