Is the Camco Oak Accents RV Countertop Extension CAM43421 Made of Actual Solid Oak Wood
Question:
Is the RV Countertop Extension CAM43421 actually real wood or is it another material with an oak-look surface applied?
asked by: Robert
Expert Reply:
Yes indeed, the Camco Oak Accents RV Countertop Extension # CAM43421 is solid 3/4-inch thick oak. The hardwood extension does have a gloss finish applied and this protects the surface from food stains and water rings. This gloss surface is non-toxic so its fine for use with food preparation.
This folding extension measures 12 x 13-1/2-inches and includes a metal piano hinge, installation hardware and a drop-leaf table brace that secures the countertop when it's pulled up.
