Yes! The RhinoFLEX RV Sewer Hose Extension # CAM39765 is compatible with the RhinoEXTREME RV Sewer Hoses such as # CAM39861. I have linked videos of both products for you.

Yes, the fittings on the #CAM39765 would allow you to connect a few inline if you wanted. Basically one side of the hose is a male fitting and the other a female so you could keep connecting them and they would seal.
