Question:
If I am travelling for several days and overnighting at a couple stops should my WDH tension bars be removed for each stop?

Unless you plan on uncoupling the trailer when making your overnight stops, there is no reason the spring bars on your weight distribution system need to be removed. They can remain in place on the system so you are ready to get back on the road in the morning!
I have attached a great article on weight distribution systems that you might also find helpful.
