If you are looking for the fuses on your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 that are tied to your trailer wiring then those will be in the fuse box in the engine compartment. You can find this information as well as a list of what all the fuses are tied to in your copy of your owner's manual.

1 - Trailer Brake
2 - Trailer Battery
14 - Trailer Stop/Turn Lamps, Left
15 - Trailer Parking Lamps
16 - Trailer Back-up Lamp
17 - Trailer Stop/Turn Lamps, Right
64 (Relay) - Trailer Parking Lamps

I have linked our fitguide for the products that fit your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 for you to reference. This includes any wiring kits that you would need for towing.

I just bought an after market Trailer brake controller that fits in just above the 4-wheel drive turn dial to the left of steering wheel. I attached the wire. The truck is not recognizing the new controller. Is there something else I need to do? I thought maybe a fuse was missing for the controller to work. Any suggestions.

What model brake controller are you installing? And when you say that the truck won't recognize the controller, what exactly do you mean? Is the controller powering on?

Drove from Chicago to Georgia and no issues. Get to Georgia and now none of my trailer lights work. Stopped at auto store and changed connections and still no light. Which fuses should I change?

Can you tell me what model vehicle you have? The fuse locations should also be listed in your copy of the owner's manual.

Trailer 4 connector light tester shows that I am not getting power at the 2015 silverado truck plug that I need for the running lights on my boat trailer. Turn light and break lights on trailer work fine and all lights on the truck work correct. Therefore. It is probably a bown fuse but I cant figure out which fuse it is. I have tried to read the fuse instruction on the fuse box but I do not see a fuse designated for the trailer running lights?

I looked up your owners manual and it looks like the trailer parking light fuse will be fuse 15 in the fuse panel in the engine compartment. If this is not the issue than you might have either a wiring or ground issue, of which I would contact a local shop that you trust to test and diagnose the problem.

@MarcL I'm guessing you mean the 12V power pin? If that's the case then check out page 10-45 in your owner's manual. You should see that number 1 in your engine compartment fuse block is for the trailer battery which would translate into 12V power.
