The Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM11140545 is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Ford Focus. I recommend checking your wiring using a incandescent circuit tester like # PTW2993. Sometimes using a multimeter will not give you the draw on the wire needed for an accurate test if the lights are not on. Test each function at the 4-way trailer connection as the signal will be amplified through the converter to make the lights function correctly when the converter sees the draw on your light functions.
