For a travel trailer that measures 30 foot 4 inches like your 2009 Puma 26RLX we have the Classic Accessories PolyPro III # 052963736632 which is a fit and would work well. This has a triple layer polypropylene top that resists and repels rain and snow yet vents inside water vapor out. It also has zippered access panels on the sides and back to allow you access to the doors.

Most likely the new axle has self-adjusting brakes which when new are known for feeling pretty weak. The good news is that you can keep applying them over and over while the trailer is traveling and they will tighten and get more sensitive feeling.

Actually on brake magnets for trailers either wire can be used as the power or the ground so the colors don't really mean anything. Most likely the magnet manufacturer just put what ever color was most convenient on your trailer.
