According to the Kat's application guide if you have a transverse engine (which it looks like you do) then it will be located at the rear center location (center location of the side towards the driver's seat).
This is where you will install the Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater # KH11484 on your 2010 Buick Lucerne 3.9L.
