The best way to improve steering and ride stabilization on your 2017 Thor Windsport 31S is to add an anti-sway bar and some suspension enhancement.
For the Ford F-53 chassis that your Windsport has we have the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-146 which has a bar with a diameter of 1-1/2". Since this is typically larger than OEM anti-sway bars you will definitely be able to tell a difference. This is designed for coaches between 16,000 lb and 18,000 lb GVWR.
To add suspension enhancement I recommend the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSF-170-40-2 for the front axle. These are an easy, bolt on installation and will compress independently of each other for a smooth ride. These are designed for a vehicle with a GVWR between 16,000 lbs and 22,000 lbs.
You will want to verify that your Windsport GVWR falls in the appropriate weight range for the best ride possible.
Another option that you might consider is going with a steering stabilizer like part # RM-RBK22-RSSA which helps to minimize wander and correct oversteering.
Since motorhome manufacturers will sometimes make changes to the chassis you will want to check the linked installation instructions to ensure that they will fit properly on your Windsport. They are confirmed to fit the 2017 F-53 chassis, but we haven't had a chance to fit them to your specific motorhome.
I have attached some videos that you can reference to help you with your decision.
