I currently have the curt gooseneck with the in bed release ball and I’m looking for a fifth hitch that will mount into it. Is there any products that will directly slide into my gooseneck? My truck is 2019 f350 long bed

There isn't hitch available that's designed to attach to the ball or gooseneck hole on that setup. Your best option will be with a king pin adapter like the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5G .
