Since you have a B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck # BWGNRK1108 on your 1999 Ford Super Duty, the option I strongly recommend for you is the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500. Though there isn't going to be an option that will allow you to adjust dramatically, the Companion will allow you some flexibility with positioning, as you can see by the chart I've attached.
On top of that you will also be getting an extremely reliable, highly respected product. It has been wonderfully reviewed by our customers, and as of this writing more than 350 reviewers have given it an average of 4.9 out of 5 stars. I've added links to video reviews of this product for you to take a look at as well.
