All of the trunk mounted 3 bike racks for your 2006 Chrysler Town and Country will have an upper arm with foam on the window. To get away from that, I recommend adding a trailer hitch receiver and using a hitch mounted bike rack.
For your vehicle, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # 13389 if you have stow and go or the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver 2" # 75119 if you do not have stow and go. Then I recommend the Malone Runway 3 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # MPG2130 which has an integrated cable lock and comes with a locking hitch pin. I recommend the Swagman adapter bar # 64005 for any step through frames for level transport and ground clearance.
