4-Pole Wiring Harness Installation in 2008 Ford Escape
Question:
I bought the 3 relays from you guys. I also bought a hitch and 4 pin hookup. I installed the 3 relays under the hood in the fuse box. I still dont have power to my 4 pin. Any help?

The wiring harness you purchased, Tekonsha # 118251, is intended as an OEM replacement for the factory-installed wiring option on vehicles without a backup sensor. You can confirm whether your Escape has the factory tow package by contacting your local dealership with the car's VIN.
If it does not actually have the factory tow package wiring then you'll just need a different 4-pole kit, part # 118551, which works with any version of the car, with or without tow package. This kit installs primarily by plugging in at the car's taillights, with just one other wire requiring a spliced connection up at the battery positive terminal. You can refer to the linked installation video to see this item installed in your same model year Escape.
If you have confirmed you have the tow-package-equipped Escape and want to troubleshoot installation of the original part you can check the actual metal contacts in the harness and vehicle connectors to any signs of corrosion, discoloration or even just a bent pin.
