5th Wheel Hitch Compatibility with Factory Rail Kit Puck System on 2016 Ford F-350

Question:

Can the RP30033 be used with a 2016 Ford 350 Super Duty with factory installed below bed mounts not rails I currently have an adapter for the Reese hitch I an using Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs.

Hitches like the Reese 22k # RP30033 you referenced will work perfectly with an adapter like the Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30156. You will however be limited to the 20K capacity of the adapter. If you have the hitch and the adapter, you don't need anything else, however, you may also be interested in the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Plug # 50-97-410 to add a second working 7-Way in the bed of your truck for easy connection. This wiring comes with the # RP30033 hitch.
