Can I install this on a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab with an existing BandW Turnover Ball Hitch without interfering with the turnover ball hitch?

I do have options for you but the Reese Semi-Custom Base Rail and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP30035-023 will not work in conjunction with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit part # BWGNRK1308 as the brackets both mount in the same location on the frame rail.
If you are looking for a 5th wheel hitch to work with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch then the B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3500 or the B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3400 will be your best option depending on bed length.
