Trailer Hitch Availability for 2004 Honda Accord

Question:

I am looking for a trailer hitch for 2004 Honda Accord, 2.4 L LX Manual Transmission. All I see is class I hitch. Is it possible to get a Class II hitch for this car? The car weighs 3500 lbs so a class II hitch with capacity rating of 3000 lb would be adequate.

For your 2004 Honda Accord there are only Class I hitches available like the Draw Tite part # 24787 which fits both sedans and coupes.

The Classes aren't based on the weight of the vehicle instead they are more based on the towing capacity the vehicle most likely would have.
