Can etrailer.com Electric Jack w/ Footplate be Powered from 7-Way Connector

Can this be connected to a 7 pin trailer receptacle?

The etrailer.com Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX referenced in your question uses a 12 volt system so it can be powered using the 7-Way connector on your vehicle. To do this, you will just need to connect the black power wire from the jack to the 12V pin location on the connector.
With that being said, powering a trailer jack from the 7-Way is not always the best option as it could overload the circuit. I instead recommend adding a battery to the trailer and simply providing a maintenance charge to the battery from the 7-Way.
You will need to connect the 12 volt circuit from the 7-Way to the positive battery terminal. This will allow the jack to get its power from the trailer battery and not directly from the vehicle 7-Way connector. Just keep in mind that having the wire to provide a maintenance charge will only maintain the charge level of the battery. To actually charge up a depleted battery, I recommend looking at an AC to DC charger like the CTEK # CTEK56353.
