I have a Companion hitch Need to know correct setting for F350 short bed

The arms of the B and W hitches can install in a few locations to allow for a little adjustability
They can install in various positions on the Companion hitch to allow various vertical and horizontal adjustments. If you check out the chart I attached it will show you the height of the hitch head with each set of adjustment holes used.
The setting you would need to use is more based on the height and width of your trailer. Basically you want 6 inches of vertical clearance between the bed rails and the overhang of the trailer.
