Available Trailer Safety Chain Extensions
Question:
I have a 5x10foot trailer and now that I got a new F150, the safety chains are too short. They reach but could use another 6inch each. What is the best way to extend the chains and still be safe?

We offer an 8-inch cable extension kit, Roadmaster # RM-910648-8, rated for 8000-lbs and this includes two quick-links. Additional quick-links are offered too, part # RM-910022, and also Snap Hooks # RM-910031, to give you connection flexibility. All safety chains and cable items are shown on the linked page.
