Question:
I removed the rails and 5th wheel hitch from my dodge p/u and want to install them on my 1995 Toyota T100 PU w/ 6 foot bed Its a Reese hitch Boss 15k with 10 bolt rails. Which bolt and flange kit do I need to install it ?

The correct replacement installation hardware and bracket kit for your Reese 10 bolt rails is the part # RP30439. This kit is intended for the Universal Base Rails # RP30035.
With this in mind, the Reese Universal Base Rail - 10 Bolt Kit is actually not confirmed to fit your 1995 Toyota T100. For 5th Wheel Base Rails that are confirmed to fit, I instead recommend looking at the Demco Rails # DM8552009-71. This kit will include the base rails, brackets and all the hardware needed for installation. They will also be compatible with your existing Reese Trail Boss 5th Wheel Hitch.
I have attached the installation details that you can also check out.
