Comparing Lippert Landing Gear Motor # LC196308 and Stromberg # LG-196308

Question:

We have recently started to have problems with our fifth wheel landing gear blowing its fuse. The motor seams to be laboring more that it used to. We removed, disassembled, and cleaned it but it still struggles to lift the trailer. We are looking at replacing the motor with either the Stromberg lg196308 or the Lippert lc196308. Is either of these preferable to the other? I have read that the Lippert now has plastic components, is this true? We are full-timers with a 2010 Crossroads Cruiser cf26rkx. The original Lippert motor is # 1 065 041012 01 and the gearbox, which works fine manually, is # 1a065012 02 01 Also, since were full-timers,

Essentially the # LG-196308 and the # LC196308 are identical. I'd go with the lower priced of the two since neither is a better choice than the other.
