Hi, Looking for a trailer axel for my jet ski trailer single. Need a 5x4 1/2 with the spring center to spring center dimension of 40 1/2 and length of about 52inch face of hub to face of opposite hub. This is a Easy Loader Trailer.

The closest standard axle we have available to the dimensions that you mentioned is the CE Smith Trailer Axle Beam # CE33201GA. This galvanized trailer axle has a spring center measurement of 46-1/2 inches and a hub face measurement of 57-1/2 inches. It has an overall length of 62 inches.
Since we do not have a standard axle that meets the dimensions you are looking for, another option is an Axle-Less system like the Timbren Trailer Suspension System # ASR1200S04. This system will provide a smooth, quiet, safe ride and can eliminate the need for an axle. It will fit any frame width and will also provide improved ground clearance. This particular system features a 1,200 pound weight capacity.
I have attached a demonstration video on these systems along with a link that will take you to our available selection that you can look through.

I'm also looking for replacement axle for jetski trlr but my spring center to center measure was 44.5 inches with an approx hub face to face of 59.5 Can was thinking if the axle is an inch longer on each side I could still make it work. Is that right? The axle I'm taking out appears to have a lug out the top that sits in the spring center. Do yours have that too? If so, would I need to cut it and weld another an inch further in on each side? Since the face to face it seemed like this might work. Thanks -
