The Draw-Tite Front Mounted Trailer Hitch, # 65063, is conformed to fit the 2010 Ram 2500, but not for the 2009 Ram 2500.
For the 2009 Ram 2500 the confirmed Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver is # 65046. This hitch has a line pull rating of 9,000 lbs and a vertical load limit of 500 lbs. The hitch has a bolt-on design. No welding needed.
