Will an older model Victoria Industries fifth wheel hitch SL 16, Product FWH 24PA fit in a 2018 Ram 2500 with factory fifth wheel prep package?

To use your current 5th wheel hitch with a Ram 2500 factory rail kit for tow package, you will need to use the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs # RP30154. This adapter will fit into the factory puck system and will give you industry standard rail measurements compatible with most 5th wheel hitches.
