Replacement Electric A-Frame Trailer Jack for a 2013 Arctic Fox 25-R

Question:

With a four season trailer and slightly heavier, would you recommend this jack to replace the original crank? Also, it is a high trailer. How do I find out how much lift I need?

To determine the amount of lift you need so that you get the correct jack you will simply need to compare the retracted height and extended high of the jack with the height of your trailer coupler. I have attached a helpful article that goes into a little more detail on that as well as some pointers for trailer jacks.

The Electric Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame # EJ-3520-BBX that you referenced has a 25-1/8" lift and a lift capacity of 3,500 lbs. I did an online search for your 2013 Arctic Fox 25-R and found that it weighs about 6,400 lbs. Since a trailer jack is only supporting the tongue of the trailer and not the whole weight this jack should do just fine then it comes to weight capacity.
