Help, How far apart the crossbar on my car need to be? Whats the max width of the crossbar? Any installation instructions for this model I can look into before purchasing it? Car Info 2006 Acura MDX Crossbars width: 3-1/2 in Spacing between bars center to center: about 27 in. Thanks, Quang Nguyen

The crossbars on your 2006 Acura MDX should will have to be at least 15 inches apart. Since you have crossbar spacing of 27 inches, this cargo carrier should work very well for you.
If you had even wider crossbars or wanted more cargo space, you could install a Extension for Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, part # C18117. I included installation instructions for both of these products below for you to check out.
