The Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - EZ-Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" - 3,500 lbs, # 35545E-ST-89, is a complete axles with electric brake assemblies and brake drums that will have wheel bearings, seals, dust caps, and lug nuts.
The electric brakes are activated through trailer wiring that is connected to your tow vehicle and powered by an electric brake controller that is located in the cab of the tow vehicle.
Suspensions parts like leaf springs, and hangers, will also be needed to attach this axle.
I have attached a few help articles that will give you more information on trailer brake controllers, wiring, and trailer brakes.
