Pintle Hook and 2-5/16 Inch Ball Combo with Mounting Plate to Get 10 Inches of Drop
Question:
Using a 14 hole pintle plate, with a pintle hook ball combo...what would be the drop? Looking at getting a 14 hole plate with 2 5/16 pintle hook / ball combo and have at least 10inch drop. Is this possible with this setup?

Curt Pintle Hook Mounting Plate for 2" Hitches - 10-1/4" Shank - 14 Hole - 10,000 lbs Item # C48342 is going to allow for the most drop of all the pintle hook mounting plates so it would be the best bet. Then using Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Hitch Ball - Bolt On - 16,000 lbs Item # C48200 will get you to roughly 10 inches of drop.
