Can you tell me if this ships within canada or not? Is there customs fees? I live in belle River ontario canada. Also, the picture shows the cable loaded on the winch, yet I read on one of the reviews, there is no cable and hook. Can you confirm whether it does or does not include the cable. Tks

The Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch w/ Remote, AC Powered - 1,200 lbs (Canada) # DL25541 is able to be shipped within Canada and avoiding all of the customs fees. This electric winch does come with 7 strand x 19 gauge galvanized aircraft cable with safety snap hook attached.
