Will Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Work with Hopkins 4- and 7-Way Connector on 2001 Ford F-250

2001 ford 250 shd. I recently purchased the Curt goose neck harness C56000. Every thing hooked up fine. I am wanting to know if I replace the factory 7 way connector at the bumper with this part, will it still all plug together?

Yes! Since both the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long # C56000 and the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket - Vehicle End Item # HM40975 use what is called a US car connector type of plug the two parts are compatible and will work on your 2001 Ford F-250.
