Recommendation For Carrying 5 bikes on 2013 Toyota Prius
Question:
Im looking for a 5 bike hitch mounted bike rack. I have the CURT 11276 Class 1 Trailer Hitch installed on my 2013 Toyota Prius. Im looking for something that will hold 5 adult sized bikes. Any recommendations?

For your 2013 Toyota Prius, I recommend the Swagman Titan 2-Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # S63400 which has an integrated cable lock and is able to carry 2 bikes. This is the maximum number of bikes that can be carried on a Class I trailer hitch receiver, so a bigger rack really doesn't help you any. This rack has the anti-sway cradles and also is able to tilt away to allow access to your rear cargo area. I recommend the hitch lock # S64029 to secure the rack to your hitch.
To carry the other 3 bikes, I recommend the Rhino-Rack roof rack consisting of:
Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 46" Long # RRVA118B-2
Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Qty 4 # RRRLKVA
Custom DK Fit Kit for Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs - Naked Roof # DK195
I also recommend the metal core locks # RRVA-LEC4. This roof rack will have a total capacity or 110 lbs.
Then for the bike racks, I recommend the Swagman Race Ready Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On # S64705. This will hold the bikes by the front wheels with the integrated wheel cage and ratcheting hook with lock for theft deterrence.
