Most RV shower or tub enclosures will have a panel that is accessible in a closet or interior storage area of the RV.
Once the panel is removed, the back of the faucet and water lines will be accessible to allow you to remove them and to install a new faucet like the Patrick Distribution RV Tub and Shower Valve with Diverter, # 277-000043, that you referenced.
Remember to disconnect the water supply and drain lines before installing the new faucet.
